1. How can I track my order?

Upon shipping we will send you a separate email containing the copy of shipping receipt. On that receipt you will see your tracking number. If you are residing in the Philippines, use that number to track your item on this link: PHLPost Tracking 

 

2. Can i cancel my order?

All cancellation requests cannot be made once your order has been confirmed.

 

3. Duty and Taxes

It might be compulsory for you to pay duties and taxes before you can receive your package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost as it is not included with your Treasure Box merchandise and delivery charges.

Treasure Box is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties, or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. We strongly suggest that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Treasure Box cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

 

4. What happens if I miss my delivery?

After multiple failed delivery attempts, your parcel might be returned to us or discarded. We are not responsible if your order is lost on the way back or gets discarded by the carrier. If we receive the returned parcel, we will not issue a refund. However, we can deliver the parcel to you again but you must cover the delivery costs.

 

5. I entered a wrong address, what should I do?

In case you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately by sending an email to We and don't forget to include your correct address in the email. We will check whether we can change it for you.

If your order has already been shipped, we are truly sorry but at this point, we are not able to adjust your address or send you a free replacement. Still, you should follow your tracking details closely. Once the package has arrived at the local post office, you can contact them directly to forward your package to the correct address. We're very sorry that we cannot help you with this step as the post office will require proof of identity of the receiver.

 

6. Do you keep my Credit/ Debit card details?

At our website, your security is extremely important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do NOT retain your credit card information after your order is placed. It is submitted directly to our banks. When your transaction is completed, we are only able to see your billing information, shipping information and your order details.

 

7. Are all items authentic?

We value customer TRUST. Rest assured that before posting our items, it undergoes a strict authenticity check. Most of the items, though they are second hand still includes the original receipts/ certificate of authenticity/ code stamps/ tags. In any case, you think that the item you received is a counterfeit we will be glad to offer you a return and refund option.
